What is the difference between a Bonnel spring and a pocket spring mattress?

Pocket springs are individually wrapped so each coil responds independently. Better for motion isolation (light sleepers, couples with different body weights). More premium price point.

What does the 5-year warranty cover?
The 5-year manufacturer's warranty covers defects in materials and construction, including spring failure and structural sagging beyond normal wear.
It does not cover: normal wear and tear, damage from inadequate bed base support, stains, or misuse. Contact 0722 516 017 with proof of purchase to make a claim.

Can I return the mattress if I am not satisfied?
Due to hygiene regulations, mattresses cannot be returned once used — this is standard industry practice. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery on 0722 516 017 for assessment and resolution.
